1. What is A Doçaria?
A Doçaria is a store dedicated to making regional Madeiran products, such as the Honey Cake, cookies and Traditional Candies.
2. Where are orders sent from?
Orders are shipped from our factory in Funchal.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped on the same day of the order, on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
The deadline for sending the order on the same day is until 11:00 am. Once shipped, the order must be delivered within the time specified in the description of the transport service chosen when the order is completed on the website.
4. What happens if a product I bought is not in stock?
During the preparation of the order, if we are missing an item, we contact you through the contacts you indicated when placing your order (by email or phone).
We will try to help you choose another replacement item or inform when we will have the desired product back in stock. If you prefer, we can send the order without the missing item and refund the value of it.
5. Where do they ship to?
We ship to Madeira, Mainland Portugal and Azores.
6. Do you ship orders to Europe?
At the moment, we only ship orders to Madeira, Mainland Portugal and Azores. In the future, we may increase the zones and countries where we send our products.
7. Can I ask to pick up the order online at the physical store?
Yes, you can as an alternative to not being charged for shipping costs.
8. Are the prices of the online store the same as the physical store?
Prices are the same as the physical store.
9. Do prices include Taxes?
Yes, all prices on the website include Taxes.
